Pukará de Copaquilla. Arica - CHILE

National Monument dating from the twelfth century, so it should be restored by the University of Tarapaca in 1979. It is approximately 100 km from Arica. It is defended by a double wall, a nail surrounded by cliffs.



At one end, has a double wall that serves as a defense. The interior consists of nearly 400 campuses circular walls and stone floor.



Under the Pukará there is a ravine 150 meters. deep, were located where the farming terraces.



From here, you can see the valley Lluta and where this originates. There is also a viewpoint that allows you to observe the Pukará from above and the place where you are.
