It is a large one-story, stucco with horizontal bands and cornices, which stands a large metal drum on the marquee and entrance. Inside are loft on second floor with access via snail scale. Each brick is stamped on its face does not display the name of the manufacturer.
This historic building was recently renovated and now houses the Casa de la Cultura Arica Alfredo Cort?s Raiteri "of the local municipality.
Customs in the Park is a beautiful rack locomotive formerly used in the Arica-La Paz railway.
