Of considerable architectural value and located at the intersection of the streets, Brazil Avenida las Heras, Polanco is the Palace, a building that dates from the last century (1898), being the beginning of the century residence of the Lord Benigno Polanco hollow.

The building has 3 floors and a basement which are distributed in 6 rooms, 16 rooms and 6 suites, kitchen, bar and ballroom are on the ground floor.

In 1942 the building passed into the hands of the prefecture of police of Valparaiso since 1986 and became the official casino of the same institution.
