Mendoza The Cerro de la Gloria is a hill in the General San Martin Park, replete with viewpoints that allow a panoramic view of the city of Mendoza.
He is known to be crowned by the famous Monument to the Army of the Andes. This work of the Uruguayan sculptor Juan Manuel Ferrari celebrates the centenary of the crossing of the Andes by the army led by General Jose de San Martin. The image of the monument is also famous for being printed on the back of the banknotes of 5 pesos.
On the slopes of Cerro de la Gloria also you find the Zoo de Mendoza and an amphitheater.
