2-Day Private Sightseeing Tour of Qufu City Highlights and Mount Tai

This private 2-day tour offers two different tour ending options. Your can choose to be done in Tai'an or back to Qufu based on your own situation. During these 2-day guided tour, you will visit the highlights in Qufu including Confucius Temple,Kong Family Mansion and cemetery.You will also be able to visit the well-know Mount Tai in Tai'an, leader of the Five Sacred Mountains in China.
Local lunch, entrance fees, round-trip cable car tickets, private transfer are all inclusive.

Itinerary

Day 1: Confucius Temple-Kong's Family Mansion-Cemetery of Confucius

Stop At: Confucius Temple, Shendao Road, Qufu 273100 China
Meet your private tour guide and driver at your hotel lobby or Qufu Train Station in the morning, and head to your first stop-Confucius Temple, the largest and most renowned temple of Confucius in East Asia. Together with the Summer Palace in Beijing and the Mountain Resort of Chengde,it is one of the three largest ancient architectural complexes in China.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Kong Mansion, In the center of QuFu, Qufu 273100 China
After the Temple of Confucius visit, continue to Kong Mansion, which is located east side of the Confucius Temple. Kong Family Mansion was the historical residence of the direct descendants of Confucius in the City of Qufu, the hometown of Confucius in Shandong Province, China.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Kong Forest, QuFu City North, Qufu 273100 China
Then, enjoy a decent lunch at a nice local restaurant-Lu Cheng Wang Shi, which is highly recommended on line.
After lunch, transfer to Kong Forest, the Cemetery of Confucius, including hundreds of tombs and gravesites. Confucius himself and some of his disciples are buried here, as well as many thousands of his descendants.
You will be transferred back to your hotel after the tour is finished.

Day 2: Mount Tai

Stop At: Mount Tai, Hongmen Road, Taishan District, Tai'an 271000 China
Your tour guide and private driver will meet your at your hotel lobby in the morning and take you to Tai Mountain(about 1.5 hour driving time). Upon arrival, accompanied by your tour guide and take cable car up to the mountain from Heavenly Gate to the top and spend around 2 hours there including the Jade Emperor Temple. Then take cable car down to the Mid Heavenly Gate and back to the gate of the mountain.
After the visit, stop for a local lunch. Then you can choose to be transferred back to Qufu or stay in Tai'an.
