I have a lot of great stories to tell you about gastronomy! The land is full of surprises and so will be your plates!

Let me share with you my passion, which is French gastronomy. I am a cheesemonger and would love to introduce you to my favorite cheese and wines! We will also make special pairings and you will produce your own cheese plate according to your tastes.
I also plan to give you a blindtest to stimulate your senses and imagination!
