Stop At: Plaza de la Independencia (Plaza Grande), Gabriel Garcia Moreno Entre Chile y Espejo, Quito 170150 Ecuador

In the center of the square we will find the Independence Monument or Monument to the Heroes of August 10, 1809, being its most important element and the one that gives its name to the Plaza. It rises to the memory of the patriots from Quito who initiated the struggles for independence in Ecuador.

Stop At: Palacio Arzobispal, Calle Chile Corner with Venezuela street, in the Independence Square, Quito 170150 Ecuador

The Archbishop's Palace is a palatial building, it is one of the four buildings that flank the Plaza Grande on its north side. It is the headquarters of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Quito and official residence of the Archbishop of Quito.

We'll visit one of the first breweries in Latin America.

In the middle of our tour, we will have a very sweet one, where we can taste the best Ecuadorian chocolate, which has several additional flavors.

Here we will try paila ice cream with unique flavors, within these flavors you can find from traditional Ecuadorian flavors to flavors with Ecuadorian liquors.

Stop At: Bandido Brewing, Jose J.Olmedo, Quito 170136, Ecuador

At our last stop we will be able to taste a good Ecuadorian craft beer and we will also be able to taste the gastronomic offer of the brewery. Here you will have time to enjoy the experience at Bandido Brewing.
