Full Day Wine Tour in Vouvray and Chinon with LUNCH at the winery

Embark on a full day wine tour, including an amazing "Farm to table" style lunch at the winery. You will discover the Loire Valley wines and gastronomy with a passionate guide, who has been working in this field for 15 years.

As a small group of 8 people maximum, you will live a true and complete experience :
- Visit three wines estates in Vouvray, Bourgueil and Chinon
- Stroll through three vineyards and two cellars
- Learn about Terroir" soils and the work of the vine-grower, with commentary tailored to your wine knowledge
- Taste up to 20 different red, white and sparkling wines, paired with local cheeses and other delicacies
- Enjoy a fantastic "Gastronomic Pic Nic" in the vineyard or at the winery
- Go from one place to another in a comfy chauffeured Mercedes minivan

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Domaine Le Capitaine, 11 rue Saint Georges, 37210 Rochecorbon France

Short stroll into the vineyard: geography, "Terroir", first approach of the vine-grower work,...
Visit of a rock-hewn cellar (several kilometers long).
Tasting of different white wines typical from Vouvray (dry, half-dry, sparkling,…)paired with local cheeses

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Bourgueil, Bourgueil, Indre-et-Loire, Centre-Val de Loire

Visit with the winemaker and around the estate. Tasting of a range of Red wines from different Terroirs.
Followed by a full meal including wines : "Farm to table" style lunch. The philosophy of the Chef: « a 0-kilometer menu »! Amazing view surrounded by vines.

Stop At: Chinon, Chinon, Indre-et-Loire, Centre-Val de Loire

Visit in an Organic estate, discovery of a very original cellar dug by the wine grower himself during 30 years! Large tasting of his organic red wine paired with local charcuteries (rillettes, rillons, …)
