Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today.

The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France.

Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages.

Our estate is farmed organically.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace still to vinify in century-old oak "foudres" of over 10,000L. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF cask, made in 1897 for the 1900 Paris Universal Exhibition. Maison ZEYSSOLFF offers a complete guided tour of the winery, from cellar to bottle. A commented tasting of the estate's wines, accompanied by a slice of kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche), will thrill your taste buds...

Following the organic conversion of our estate in 2020, we have renovated our cellar to offer our future visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with a 180° immersive movie projected onto barrels - the only one of its kind in France. This movie is not a remake of anything we've seen to date about working in the vineyard...but a film about our rather rich history, and our working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the winery, on hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the audience to be totally immersed in our story.
