In our premium cooking class you will prepare Ecuadorian traditional dishes and at the same time you will have the opportunity to prepare a delicious cocktail known as Canelazo.
You will delight yourself with authentic Ecuadorian food, internationally recognized as one of the best within Latin America and the favorite of many visitors wordlwide. Learn how to make delicious dishes and cocktails, where corn, potatoe, quinoa ,rice and sea food are the star ingredients of the class. Our chef will share with you his secrets and amazing techniques. Whether you are a beginner or you already know about cooking, we are sure that this experience will be unforgettable. Classes are available from Monday to Sunday, at two different times. Our menus can also be vegetarian and on demand we can make personalized menus.
