Information about Valle Nevado

This ski center constitutes the main mountain resort of the Andes Mountain Range and is open all year round.

The Hotel Valle Nevado, with its refined style, offers 53 spacious rooms with a spectacular panoramic view of the mountain range, plus a nice tempered pool and a modern Fitness Center.
During your stay in Valle Nevado, during a full seven-day week or a four-day mini-week, you can visit other nearby ski resorts such as La Parva and El Colorado, as well as the possibility of mountain excursions both in winter and in summer.

When to go
 Throughout the year, although there is no snow in the summer, a walk to get to know the Andes is never too much.

How to get there
 Leaving Santiago to the East (Avda. Kennedy and Avda. Las Condes), take the Camino a Farellones. The road is paved and it is 32 km until the detour to Valle Nevado, two km. before Farellones. From there they are 14 km. more to the ski center.

 The traffic is controlled by Carabineros and it is obligatory to carry chains for the snow. Between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., traffic is only up and between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. only downhill.
