Chañaral Island. Punta de Choros - CHILE
The Island of Chañaral is another of the 3 Islands that is part of the Penguin National Reserve of Humboldt, this is also known with the comber of Isla Gaviota by the large number of seagulls living there.
It is located in front of the town of Chañaral de Acituno, which is known worldwide for whale watching.
Access as well as Isla Choros is prohibited, as there are no CONAF personnel in the area to protect wildlife, un Isla Damas.
