The Christ Light in Camboriu, was built in 1977 on the top of Monte de la Cruz. It has a height of 33 meters. and weighs 428 tons

Daily, from 8:00 p.m. the huge statue is illuminated by light cannons and emits from his hand, in which he takes a disk representing the sun, a strong light that can be seen 15 km away.
From this place you get an excellent view of the Balneario Camboriú. The lights remain on throughout the night and 86 color combinations are made, which vary according to the season of the year. The complex also has shops, bars and cafes.
