Summary of the Kandy City Tour (1 day)

During this 1 Day Tour we will be exploring the Kandy City, one of the major cities located in the Central Province of Sri Lanka.

During this tour we will be going to the following destinations - Temple of the Tooth Relic / Bahirawakanda Temple / View Point / Ceylon Tea Museum / Kandyan Dance / Gem Museum / Tea Factory.

The guests will be provided with good quality, comfortable vehicles (vehicle type depends on the number of people) with a driver-guide to help with your tour to Kandy City.

Tour Itinerary

We will pick you from any hotel in Kandy.

During the Kandy City Tour, first stop will be at the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Also known as the Sri Dalada Maligawa, this golden roofed Temple, houses the relic of Lord Buddha's tooth.

The guests can walk around the Kandy Lake once visiting the Temple of Sacred Tooth Relic.

Next we visit the Bahirawakanda Temple and then we visit the Kandy View Point.

Next comes the visit to the Gem Museum followed by which is a shopping excursion for the guests to enjoy themselves and shop to remember their memories of the Kandy Visit. You can also enjoy an entertaining Kandyan cultural dance show afterwards.

Finally we visit the Tea Factory upon which the tour comes to an end and we drop the guests back at their hotels.
