The Honig Breethuis is a museum in Zaandijk, a small village next to the Zaanse schans. It serves as a style room and shows the house on the Zaan, in which generations of the well-to-do families Honig and Breet, manufacturers of white paper, lived.

Henri Willig is one of the greats when it comes to making cheese. You can attend a demonstration of cheese making in the Catharina Hoeve. In the farmhouse, our employees, dressed in traditional costume, explain the cheeses of Henri Willig: from Gouda to goat's cheese and herb cheeses.
