An experienced pastry chef will teach you how to make macarons, a perfect "feuilletage", the most beautiful croissants or pains au chocolat, meringues, impressive entremets, éclairs and many more! Feel free to ask to learn any pastry!
Your host will also share many stories about Versailles, the history of French pastries and explain the artisanal products used.
