• Mixed bruschetta - Homemade bread with sourdough type 2 flour, turmeric, beet, nettle and regular with goat's milk cheese and bear garlic, hummus with wild herbs

• Main dish - Mixed legume soup or leek and potato puree, velvety pea soup
• Main dish - Porcini potato and cheese flan or bear garlic and walnut omelet or Cecina alla mentuccia with pinzimonio of seasonal vegetables in CBT flavored oils
• Dessert - Yogurt mousse with berries and mint and lemon caviar or strawberries or mulberries or homemade tart with our jams
