Pasta Cooking Lesson and Lunch on Garda Lake

Learn to mix durum wheat semolina and water to create different types of pasta, prepared and match the sauce that best suits each format. In addition, to complete the lunch, some dishes of classic Italian haute cuisine will be served, prepared exclusively with organic seasonal products grown in our garden!
After the lesson, enjoy the delicious lunch made with your own preparations and relax in the hills of Riva del Garda.



The hosts Elena, Bruna, and Francesco will welcome you into their home to guide you in preparing homemade pasta, which you can feast on at lunch while enjoying the wonderful view of Lake Garda!

Sample Menu

• Fresh Pasta - You will prepare a few of these pasta formats: spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi, lasagne, orecchiette, pizzocheri, maccheroni al ferro, etc...
• Sauces - You will learn how to cook some of the following sauces: tomato sauce, meat sauce, fish sauce, Genoese pesto, walnut sauce, almond sauce, etc...
• Extra dishes - To complete the lunch, some dishes of classic Italian cuisine will be served, prepared exclusively with organic seasonal products grown in our garden
