About your host, Stefania: "I've been fond of cooking since I was a child, when I'd help my grandmother prepare her wonderful cakes. As I grew up and started traveling, I tried to get to know the special dishes of every country I visited, buying cookbooks and exchanging recipes with the local people."

• Selection of different cold cuts - Like Parma ham, salame, coppa, culaccia, ecc.
• First dish - Tortelli di erbette (egg pasta stuffed with ricotta and spinaches) OR Tagliatelle with ragù (bolognese sauce)
• Second dish - Pollo alla cacciatora (chicken with vegetables) OR Scaloppine with lemon /Marsala wine/ porcini mushrooms
• Dessert - Sbrisolona (cake with almonds) OR Crostata with jam
