Far 500 meters from Rudiae gate, one of the streets of nightlife,the host will welcome you "A casa delle Salentine" to refresh you with typical appetizers made with: Apulian burrata (a stuffed mozzarella cheese), Friselline dressed with local extravirgin oil, tomatoes, olives and rocket vegetable, typical Salento fresh cheese, small ricotta cheese and a vegetables' fantasy cooked according to the skill handed by his grandmothers.

The main course will be made with a delicious tomato sauce adding swordfish and prawns, perfect match with a large macaroni.
