ANCIENT RECIPES

The recipes of national Ukrainian dishes are kept in the strictest secrecy and passed down from generation to generation. But an exception will be made for you at our master class and you will see and learn how to cook a real borshch, okroshka or svekolnik which are traditional Ukrainian dishes. Or maybe horokhlianyky (pea pancakes prepared according to an old recipe) will suit your taste- What can we say about the legendary varenyky with countless number of possible fillings- And how many of them have you tried already- Not to mention kulish, rural salads, zbiten and uzvar … Mmm, it’s so mouth-watering. And don’t be afraid of unknown dishes. At our master class, you will learn how to cook them and how tasty they are!

Working well is eating well! Therefore, you’ll taste all the dishes cooked. You will have enough time to cook two dishes during the master class.
