The Argyros Estate offers a modern aesthetic while adhering to traditional methods of wine production, such as using mules to plow the fields and grape byproducts to enrich the soil. Avantis Estate’s winemaker, Mr. Apostolos Mountrichas fell in love with Santorini and the strong personality of Assyrtiko and started his Santorini project in 2012.

He completed his project in 2021 by founding Anhydrous Winery.

His philosophy rely on experimentations in ancient wine making techniques that produce modern wines with purity and primary varietal characteristics.

Hatzidakis winery; a certified organic family grower who applies the principles of organic farming. In their caves, wine ages smoothly inside the barrels. We will sit around monastery tables and learn about their tips and hints while tasting delicious wines.

Venetsanos winery; a cliffside winery carved into nature with a remarkable view of the Caldera where the sky meets the sea. Take as many photos as you can whilst admiring the magnificent landscape with all your senses!
