Our sake tasting session is an introductory program on the culture, history, and cultivation of Japanese sake. During the session, our expert sake sommelier will explain a little about the history of sake, how sake is made, and the different sake varieties available. Through the course of the session, you will also taste 7 different types of sake from our specially chosen collection, trying many of the different varieties of sake available from sparkling sake to sweet sake and sakes for dessert pairings. These are served together with a multi-course meal of complementary Japanese and Western dishes.

• Sparkling Sake
• Daiginjo Sake - Premium sake made from at least 50% milled rice.
• Honjozo Sake - Special type of sake with added alcohol for enhanced flavor.
• Junmai Sake - Pure sake brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold.
• Nigori Sake - Unfiltered sake with a creamy texture and cloudy consistency.
• Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake - Premium sake with added alcohol and a milled ratio of at least 60%.
• Kijoshu Sake - Sweet sake with a thick consistency served with dessert.
