A family owned and operated cheese shop, Benton Brothers Fine Cheese offers Vancouver an ever-changing selection of artisanal, small production and farmhouse cheeses cut-to-order, fresh off the wheel. Real brothers, real cheese.

Longliner Seafoods, run by the Moorehead family, is one of the original tenants of the Granville Island Public Market. The shop specializes in fresh and smoked local seafoods which can be enjoyed here in Vancouver or packed for worldwide travel in airline-approved packaging. With our storied history in the British Columbia fishing industry, you will find three generations of Mooreheads to serve you.

Headed by proprietor and sakemaker Masa Shiroki, Artisan Sake Maker is the first boutique premium sake winery in Canada. Producing wines in small lots, Masa aspires to create new styles of sake to complement the seasonal flavours of local West Coast foods. His wines may be purchased at his studio in Railspur Alley.

Since 2001, Oyama Sausage Co. has been selling its artisanal pâtés, salamis, hams, prosciuttos, and sausages in the Public Market to the delight of locals and visitors alike. Over the years, Oyama’s talented team of sausage-makers have produced over 400 different products, many of which are made with exotic and free range meats.
