Enjoy an educational yet,fun Wild Mustang Eco-tour in our McCullough Peaks Wild Mustang Herd Management Area.This tour consists of hearing the stories about old mountain man tales and about Buffalo Bill Cody and his Wild West show.Your professional guides will share information about the prehistoric equine that once lived here approximately 8,000 years ago.Hear how the horses were first introduced into North America and how our mustangs came to be here in Cody Wyoming.We discuss the migratory and mating patterns of the various critters in the 123,000 acre wildlife preserve and the numerous types of wildflowers and other foliage.This tour is perfect for history buffs and folks that would like to go on an educational and very beautiful trip back in time.This tour is not only beautiful and educational you’ll also be trying to find some of those 180 wild horses that roam free in our area still today and how you can help to keep them Wild.
