Shuriken Experience in Takayama

This facility is where visitors can have an authentic samurai/ninja experience in the conveniently located historical city of Takayama in Gifu Prefecture. The store displays historical helmets, swords, and tea utensils that are important for learning about old Japan.

Itinerary

You can throw real SYURIKEN made of steel at the target. If it hits a wooden or straw target, it is a success! The maximum distance is 5 meters, but children can also throw from close by. Senior NINJA staff will gently teach you the tricks of the trade, so don't worry. It is a great feeling when the SYURIKEN hits the target.
