Chef Service's

This is a fun activity for all ages, as our chef will instruct and entertain, even revealing some their secrets to Island cuisine, as she prepares a delicious meal for the entire family.


Dinner party and Catering:

We arrange a local Island chef to visit your villa, suite, condo or rental property and prepare a typical Island style cuisine or off the menu to your liking.

Sample Menu

• Seafood/Conch Soup - An island favorite! Hearty seafood or conch soup done the Roatan way.
• Seafood Ceviche
• Calamari - Fried calamari done the traditional way.
• Fresh Catch of the Day - Daily catch might be Wahoo, Tuna, Mahi (Dorado) or snapper depending on what is available to us.
• Grilled Lobster - Succulent Central American lobster done to your liking
• Jerk chicken - Roatan/Jamaican style jerked chicken
• Island Style Stewed Chicken
• Key Lime Pie
• Tres Leche Cake
