Itinerary

Begin your journey by crafting your own ink from scratch. You'll grind an ink stick made from a unique blend of soot, glue, and aromatic fragrances on a traditional "suzuri" stone, slowly releasing the deep, rich ink used in calligraphy.

Then, with a brush dipped in your freshly made ink, you'll glide over the delicate surface of washi, traditional Japanese paper.
