*Breath and Body awareness meditation (10min)

*Yoga class - different styles to choose between vinyasa, Yin , or Restorative (45min)

*Sound Healing experience - using diferentes instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, Gongs, Flutes, didjeridoo, shamanic drum, Sansula etc ( 45min)
