Wine Tasting Experience in Portugal

This experience takes place in a small garage winery. There is no script, we can adapt and improvise!

Get away from the tourist trap, come and enjoy a unique and intimate tour like you were received by your best friend.

Let me surprise you! If a Canadian left his homeland, there is definitively something special here and I want to share it with you.

During this activity, we'll be touring the winery, tasting from barrels to sample the wine in their younger stage and then we'll try 3 different wines and pair them with local cheese and cured meat.

I'll be guiding you along the winery so you have a complete understanding of the processes and steps required to produce wine from the reception to the bottling. We'll have an understanding of the equipment and ''how, why'' we do things this way.

We'll then taste and sample wine as it ages in barrels. It is always to taste exclusively before the wine is bottled.

Then we'll sit and enjoy our recent bottling and pair it with local cheese and cured meat. We'll be able to understand how food pairing works.
