We welcome you back to our valley of tastes! The first choice of Parma's leading food tour hosts: Once we meet at our meeting point your guide will tell you how they day will run, all entry to each destination is included in your booking (no separate tickets are actually needed on the day).

This booking includes 3 destinations, 3 tastings and photo stop. Lunch: we will all head to lunch at the Trattoria where you can choose and you can pay independently as the lunch cost is not included in the tour.

First we visit the traditional Makers of Parmigiano Reggiano and take in all the cooking and ageing processes before having a big freshly cut tasting! You will meet the makers and have a fabulous talk about the history and insider product and nutritional myths!

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Langhirano, Langhirano, Province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna

He we tour the ageing house of the amazing Prosciutto di Parma ham. Cured in this sacred valley by the Mediterranean salt air stream. Tastings galore also follow. This venue is exclusive to FWT.

Trattoria Lunch is all home cooked in the vineyard hills of Langhirano. All Parma specialty local traditional foods are served here and no where else in the world!

Balsamico Tour and Tastings: A 30 minute cruise through the countryside to the Traditional Balsamic Acetaia exploring the ancient lofts and sampling this rare delicacy.
