Sample Menu • Fervor - Option 1 - Ham croquette - Homemade croquette filled with bechamel and ham, with a crunchy golden coating that hides a creamy interior full of flavour.
• Fervor - Option 2 - Gamba Kataifi - Prawn wrapped with crispy kataifi, mild aioli and sweet chilli
• Bodega Mayor - Option 1 - Spanish Omelette - Portion of spanish tortilla accompanied with a slice of bread
• Bodega Mayor - Option 2 - Chickpea Hummus - Chickpea hummus with caramelised onion served with pita bread
• Bocalto - Option 1 - Mini Burger - Delicious mini burger with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato
• Bocalto - Option 2 - Pimientos de Padrón - Peppers from the Padrón region fried in olive oil and sprinkled with coarse salt
• Manto Negro - Option 1 - Cochinita Pibil Taco - Pork marinated in achiote and sour orange juice, slowly cooked until tender and juicy in a corn tortilla and accompanied with pickled red onion
• Manto Negro - Option 2 - Falafel with Tzaitziki - Falafel ball with tzatziki, a yoghurt-based sauce, cucumber, garlic, dill and lemon
• Maura - Option 1 - Fried Calamari - Tender and crunchy fried calamari with yuzu aioli
