On this pedal-assisted bike tour, we'll start in the fairy-tale village of Alberobello.

We'll ride through the countryside and oaks forest

We'll reach a historic family-owned mill.

Here we'll see the different machines in operation and learn about all the steps that lead from grain to flour.

We'll learn how to recognize by sight and touch the different types of flour.

We'll taste a focaccia made with ancient grains

The millers will reveal to us the world behind a single bag of flour.
