Day 1: Wuxi to Beijing by Bullet Train with Beijing City Highlight Private Tour

Your local friendly driver will pick up at your place in Wuxi (Exact pick up time will be coordinated once the tour is booked). Enjoy the comfortable ride to Wuxi bullet train station and your driver will help you check-in to the train. After boarding the train, enjoy a relaxing fast train ride to Beijing.

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Upon arrive at Beijing, your local great guide and the driver will pick you up at the station. Begin your great tour with the visit to Forbidden city, built around 14th century, one of the largest ancient architecture made of wooden structure. It was the Imperial Palace for 24 different emperors during the Ming and Qing Dynasty, here spend quality time with your guide to appreciate the specular architecture and valuable historic artifacts on exhibition. Get great learning of ancient Chinese history and traditions. (Please note that this site is closed on every Mondays, you could substitute to other attractions such as Lama Temple, Temple of Heaven etc. if your tour is booked for Monday).

Next head to the Tian’an Men Square, the world’s largest city square. A popular landmark in the city to visit, here enjoy a leisure wander around and check out the historic buildings, monuments, flowers and more. Meanwhile learn its significant impact in Chinese history.
During the tour you will also take a break to save a local delightful lunch (or early dinner ) based on your own dietary requests. Around evening you will be dropped off to your hotel in Beijing.

Enjoy a comfortable ride to Mutianyu Great Wall built from Ming Dynasty, one of the best-preserved Wall surrounded by the vast mountains with wonderful view. Enjoy fun visit to the Wall, bit easy hiking, relaxing cable car, check out the strategic Watch Towers and admire the genius design and engineering from the ancient times. Set your cameral ready and capture as many photos as you want and immerse yourself in the fabulous experience in the “Wonders of the World” and being in Nature. After the Wall, take a break and savor a local authentical lunch with the assistance from your guide.

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
In the afternoon, based on the time and interests you have, you could choose to visit Summer Palace or Lama Temple or Temple of Haven. As exclusive private tour if you have been to the above suggested sites, you could substitute to other popular attractions such as 1) The Great Wall at Badaling or Juyong Pass at Great Wall; 2) Beijing Hutong; 5) Wangfujing pedestrian street etc. Please feel free to tell your guide if you need make any changes. After the wonderful tour , if you book "Wuxi City Drop off" you will be dropped off at Beijing railway station, your guide will help you check in the train and your local Wuxi driver will drop off you at Wuxi city hotel; if you book " Beijing City Drop-off", you will get dropped off at your Beijing hotel after the tour.
