passing through Control Maitenes. It is followed by a splendid mountain road, with a view
panoramic to the different and impressive installations and Plants of the Mineral El Teniente.
(Concentrator, Railway Terminal of High Colon and Foundry of Caletones).
12:00 hrs. Arrival at Sewell Mining Camp. With general panoramic view a talk is given
history of the camp: its special architecture of Cabins, buildings for the leadership,
employees, workers, Long Scale, Staff House, theater, Social Clubs, view
external of the mineral, Cerro Negro and the Church. Entrance to the Museum of the Great Copper Mining.
3:00 p.m. Departure from Sewell to Fuente Millán.
4:30 p.m. Lunch in Fuente Millán, Rancagua.
18:30 hrs. Arrival in Rancagua.
