"Hands in dough" Cooking Class with Lunch
Learn how to make authentic homemade pasta and prepare your own lunch. Discover secrets and techniques of local traditional cuisine. All the dishes will be accompained by the wines of our production.
When your arrive you will be accompained to our kitchen, where you will each have a workstation with all ingredients and tools to prepare your lunch.
During the preparation we will serve you our fresh white wine Vermentino.
We will be making a lunch made up of:
- Typical tuscan appetizer with cold cutes and bruschettas.
- Fresh tagliatelle with sausages leeks and zafferano of San Gimignano
- Cantuccini and Vin Santo
Pair freshly cooked disches with a selection of ours wines:
- Vermentino IGT
- Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG
- Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG
- Vin Santo del Chianti DOC
After lunch you are free to visit the cellar and sorrounding vineyards.
