In our pioneering approach to Rum distilling in Puerto Rico, Pepe & Jose Roberto Alvarez rescued from near extinction Puerto Rican sugar cane cultivars that we grow, mill and slow distill in our Charentais Single Batch French Copper Pot Stills. Producing the first Ron Agrícola (Rum distilled from estate sugar cane juice) in Puerto Rico. Subtle herbal aromas of fresh cut sweet sugar cane permeate this unique handcrafted Ron Agrícola for you to enjoy.

We welcome you with a cold Tres Clavos Rum Tropical drink.
We guide you through our sugar cane plantation , visit our barrel aging bodega, while we immerse you in the history of Puerto Rican rum, sugar cane, and our contemporary rum distillery.
Walkthrough the only working sugar cane mill in Puerto Rico.
Our master distiller will walk you through the process of rum distillation, showcasing our French conac copper pot stills.
Finally we head back to the tasting rum to sample all of our artisanal rums.
