Cooking for Fun

In Ella Sri Lanka is a small village which connect much more people with different nations. but we thought to provide some activity which can take with them to thier home and try it again.

in every lesson, we introduce and instruct and teach what are the spices, how their trees looks like and how to identify, then what are benefits of them when as a food,how to use it for cooking,then we choose fresh vegetables on garden and design a menu and start the cooking with demo.

• Sri Lankan Baby Jack curries with Dhal and coconut Sambol - served with steamed rice and omelette, its with baby jack curries on red and white,coconut sambol and temped dhal in a proper authentic manner
• Organic Vegetarian Lover - Served with moringa curries,and mango chutney,green leaves,temped lentils and potato as a milk curry.steam rice and papadam
• Jaffna Crab Curry - served with authentic Curry from crabs and steam rice,
