On this small-group cultural experience in Gion, you will get a sense of Kyoto's cultural heritage and the lifestyle of Maiko (an apprentice Geisha of Kyoto) and Geisha (we call them Geiko in Kyoto) by meeting them in person, and learn the rich history of renown Geisha district (Kagai). We will take you to an exclusive private house and you will be welcomed by Maiko and Geiko with light refreshment to enjoy their amazing live performance.

It has been cherished and beloved as a traditional Japanese culture. Geisha are not found everywhere, but only in Japan's limited entertainment districts, making their presence special even to the Japanese themselves. Geiko undergo rigorous training to perform their arts for guests, and they showcase their skills in front of you. Please enjoy their performances while keeping in mind this unique background.
