Madrid Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Travel from Madrid Airport to your Madrid city hotel. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a private transfer service so the price is the same for groups of:

• 1 to 2 people transferred in a private car
• 3 to 6 people transferred in a private minivan

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Madrid Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Pickup Details

Departure Point: After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall located outside the customer area, holding a sheet with the client's name. Directions: If you are arriving into Terminal 1, your driver will be located at the Post Office. If you are arriving into Terminal 2 your driver will be waiting at the Aena Information point located under green umbrella. If you are arriving into Terminal 4 your driver will be waiting at the Arrival Lounge (Bar Mahou Madrid).

Cancellations and refunds: If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
