You will ride through parts of Boquete during your tour. There is a stop at the newly constructed Boquete Pedestrian Park for one of our food samplings.

Cafe Ruiz was established in 1920. Enjoy a coffee sampling of different flavors and processes.

• Tamales - Chicken tamales wrapped in banana leaf. Vegetarian option enchiladas ratatouille
• Farmer's Market produce sampling. Avocados, Mango, Papaya - Local in-season fruits and vegetables depending on the time of year
• Fruit parfait cup - Home-made fruit parfait of seasonal fruits, yogurt, nuts, granola, honey, chocolate nibs
• Coffee sampling - 3-cup flight of coffee from a local coffee farm
