Welcome to Cape Town South Africa mother city. One of our top tour guide from Africa Hakuna Matata will collect you from your accommodation/hotel/AB/guest house or any other given address for a memorable full day sight seeing of our beautiful city. Soon after we have collected everybody we will drive to the BO KAAP also known as the Cape Maly which used to be a slave area during the dark ages of South Africa/ Here guests will have the opportunity to take some photos with the colourful houses.
It may be one of the most photographed areas of the Mother City, but brightly painted houses and quaint cobbled streets aren’t the only reasons to visit the Bo Kaap. This part of Cape Town is packed full of history and culture.

THE BO KAAP HAS BEEN KNOWN BY MANY NAMES

The earliest development in the Bo Kaap area was undertaken in the 1760s by a chap called Jan de Waal. Subsequently, the area became known as Waalendorp. It has also been known as the Malay Quarter, the Slamse Buurt, and Scotcheskloof. Translated from Afrikaans, Bo Kaap means ‘Above the Cape’.

IT IS ONE OF THE OLDEST RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN CAPE TOWN

Part of the Bo Kaap’s charm is the mix of Cape Dutch and Cape Georgian architectural styles. You can actually visit one of the oldest buildings in the Bo Kaap because it has been turned into a museum. The Bo Kaap Museum, which showcases local Islamic culture and heritage, was built by Jan de Waal in 1768, and is the oldest house in the area still in its original form.

As we leave Hout bay we will drive onto the world famous Chapman's peak drive.A mountain side road locally known as Chapies.It is an engineering masterpiece! The Chapman's peak drive meanderes for 9km along the giant Chapman's peak moutains that drops into the ocean like an avalanche.You will also have an opportunity to stop for photos and enjoy the views.

At the Southern end of the Chapman's peak drive is a farm soon after the famous Chapies we will discover the famous Noordhoek village. The best coffee In town is made here. village that boast of raw juce,best roasted coffee in the area as well as small shops,A short stop to indulge in some of these will be offered to you.

Walk or take a funicular (at own cost) up to South Africa's 3rd oldest lighthouse for a 360 degree view of the national park.The old lighthouse was launched in 1860 only to be decommsioned 40 years and dozens of shipwrecks too late after studies proved that its high altitude posed a great danger to sailors around the cape as they couldn't be able to see it in cloudy weather conditions.A new lighthouse was since built at a much lower altitude.

DescriptionSt James is a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa, situated on the False Bay coast between Muizenberg and Kalk Bay. The suburb is situated between the rocky shore and a steep mountain, and measures about 200m by 2 km. Its name derives from the early St James Catholic Church, built circa 1880.
