Artisan Ice Cream making of

Be in an Ice cream laboratory and be a gelato chef for one hour and half.
You will have a short theorical explanation and then you will use your hands.
You will taste the best ice cream ever with your friends (minimum 2 people)

We will make your own Italian ice cream... And eat them off course.
The gelato will be made using the old Italian method
