We will start from the main square in the lower part of the city to understand its history and the relationship with the Elsa river and its “gore”.

Pass By: Via Francigena Tappa 32 San Gimignano - Monteriggioni, Piazza Duomo From San Gimignano to Monteriggioni, 53037, San Gimignano Italy

We will ride around white streets between fields and vineyards as the pilgrims of the Via Francigena, the famous trial that joins Canterbury to Rome and Jerusalem. Rich of history and curiosity.

Stop At: Colle di Val d'Elsa, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Tuscany

Then we will ride more around forests and fields to enjoy the beauty of our nature and we will reach a small vegetable producer to enjoy a quick local break based on wine, bruschette, fresh olive oil and seasonal foods. At the end we will visit the oldest and highest point of Colle di Val d’Elsa with its important monuments and beautiful view of the valley.
