Learn how to cook traditional homemade dishes in the company of other cooking enthusiasts. It is not so much a demonstration of the skills of the person leading, but an active participation of the group in the creation of the dishes. During the experience, participants will learn how to prepare traditional "Tajarin" a type of fine fresh egg noodles, starting with the choice of flour, water and eggs. They will also learn how to make a traditional dessert, such as a tiramisu or hazelnut cake. The experience will last about two hours and will take place in a professional kitchen. Participants will be guided by an experienced chef, who will help them prepare the dishes step by step.
At the end of the experience, participants will receive recipes for the prepared dishes and, will enjoy the fruits of their labor, a delicious appetizer, a first course with prepared pasta and dessert, accompanied by a glass of wine.
