The art of homemade pasta in the heart of Verona

Making fresh pasta is an art that everyone can reach... It's easier than making cookie dough. During our time together I will share with you all the tips and secrets to start making fresh homemade pasta wherever and whenever you want to.


You will put your hand inside the flour, you will try the traditional and ancient way of rolling out the dough, you will discover some of the traditional cuts of pasta and with the modern technique, you will make lots of tagliatelle.

After the hard work, we will enjoy a cozy aperitivo with a glass of a special regional wine and, last but not least, like a real Italian family we will eat our pasta with a special sauce.

We'll give you everything you need, just bring your enthusiasm for good food and a camera to capture all your favorite moments.

IMPORTANT:
The two-course meal will be cooked and served with low/no salt and sugar to taste (and enjoy) the true essence of the food. Please let me know in advance if you have any special needs, intolerances, or allergies or if you are pregnant.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our cooking class can be hosted either in a part of our house where there is a lovely cat who loves to cuddle and meet new people or in a part where there are stairs to climb or maybe both. Please let me know if you have cat allergies or walking problems so that I can do my best to try to accommodate your needs.
