Homemade Pasta Cooking Class
During the class you’ll learn to cook a number of basic and advanced Italian dishes as well as secret techniques that make Italian cuisine so rich and delicious. Attending such a cooking class enables you to learn how to prepare multi-course Italian meals. Our chefs will teach you to prepare dishes that you can cook at home.
Our lessons are participatory our chef will guide the participants in the direct preparation of the programmed menu. Class includes one intensive cooking session with instruction and practice with our chef, a meal following the lesson including Chianti wine. You will learn to prepare different types of Home made pasta such as tagliatelle, pici, ravioli, spaghetti alla chitarra, gnocchi .... and the sauces that flavor them, Bolognese sauce, pesto, pommarola, duck sauce, carbonara, amatriciana etc ... Our chefs will teach you to prepare dishes that you can easily replicate at home.
Sample Menu • Home made pasta - Home made pasta/Tagliatelle/Bolognese meat souce/Pesto/Tiramisù.
• Ravioli - Home made pasta/Ravioli alla salvia/Cherry tomatoes souce/Panna cotta.
• Pici (a typical pasta of Siena) - Pici all'aglione/Orecchiette/Torta della nonna.
• Gnocchi - Gnocchi al pesto/al gorgonzola/Biscottini di Prato.
