Cooking Class at your holiday house

The Itcooking team will come to your location where they will do the cooking class so you will enjoy a unique culinary experience in the comfort of the villa where you spend your Tuscan holidays and you will discover the region’s passion for food and wine. Chianti is famous for its wine, the sweetness of its hills, its history and charm of life.



The ItCooking team will go directly to the customer's location where the cooking lesson will take place - Cooking Class includes one intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, four-course dinner following the lesson including selected wines, all food ingredients, taxes.
Times of the lesson (total time dinner included about 4 hours). Presentation of the menu, a coffee with the chef, preparation of dishes, 4-course dinner (selected wines included), coffee, “ammazza-caffè” (grappa or amaro). What You Can Expect
During the class you’ll learn to cook a number of basic and advanced Italian dishes as well as secret techniques that make Italian cuisine so rich and delicious. Attending such a cooking class enables you to learn how to prepare multi-course Italian meals. Our chefs will teach you to prepare dishes whose ingredients you can easily find and which you can cook once you get home.

• Pasta Menu - Homemade pasta - Lasagna - Tagliatelle – Ragù Bolognese - Pesto - Spaghetti alla chitarra - Basic Tiramisù
• Classic menu - Crostini toscani, Gnocchi alla pommarola, Saltimbocca alla romana, Biscottini di Prato
• Vegetarian menu - Bruschetta, Risotto milanese, Parmigiana, Torta della nonna.
• Tuscan menu - Bruschetta, Pici all’aglione, Chicken or Guinea fowl alle olive verdi, Panna cotta
• Fish menu - Antipasto mare, Riso o Spaghetti al nero di seppia (squid ink), Pesce spada alla Siracusana, Biscottini di Prato
