• Lomo Saltado (Sauteed tenderlon or mushrooms) - Learn how this technic turns basic ingredients into memorable flavors. Onions, tomatoes, meat, or mushrooms. And great pictures of you doing it
• Quinoa, Cheese Icecream, exotic fruits - Dessert will be selected according to the season and time of the activity. And you will have the recipe!
