Stop At: Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum, Carretera Tulum- Playa del Carmen, km 239 Ejido Jacinto Pat, Tulum 77780 Mexico

Our bilingual guides will accompany you throughout the tour of the 4 most impressive cenotes of the Mayan Riviera, known as the "wisho" cenote, the "zapotes" cenote, the "3 bells" cavern and the "Jaguar" cenote. You will be provided with equipment that It will be a mask, snorkel and life jacket

Traveler pickup is offered
We offer pick up service from almost all hotels. In the event that your hotel does not have a pick-up service, we will indicate the closest meeting point the afternoon before the tour by sending a message to your phone or a notification to the email address indicated in your reservation.

For the Tulum Hotel Zone or Tulum Downtown the meeting point is the Super Aki Supermarket at 09:15 am. Tulum does not have a hotel pick-up service.

Cancellations and refunds: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
